Our goal is to bring you the finest in macarons and French pastries made to order with the freshest ingredients straight to your door. Anna-Marie Farrier is the Owner Chef of Little Oven and has been baking since the age of 5. After earning her Ph.D. in literature from Princeton, she decided it was time to follow her sweet tooth, and Little Oven was born. Anna-Marie began studying French pastry in 1999 in Tokyo, going on to continue her studies in cake decorating at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, and culminating with a stint in Paris at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier and studying with the Parisian master of all things "macaron", Pierre Herme. We look forward to bringing you the tastes of Paris, Tokyo, and New York, in some ways traditional, in all ways delicious!
